Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the client

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: If you cancel your visit at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment is fully refunded or can be transferred to another date.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: For cancellations less than 24 hours before the session, the prepayment is not refunded.
  • No-show: In case of a no-show for a booked session without prior notice, the prepayment is not subject to refund.

2. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they can be transferred to another person before their expiration date.

3. Service Packages and Subscriptions

Upon cancellation of a purchased service package (subscription), the refund is calculated by deducting the cost of already provided services under the package, calculated at the base price (without the package discount).
