Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Services

OSNOVA massage studio provides recreational and relaxing massage services. Please note that our services are not medical procedures and are not aimed at treating diseases.

2. Booking and Prepayment

To confirm the booking for the first visit, a prepayment of 5,000 ֏ is required. The booking is considered confirmed only after the prepayment is made.

3. Cancellation

We ask you to notify us about the cancellation or rescheduling of your visit at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment is not refunded.

4. Lateness

The allowed lateness time is no more than 15 minutes. In case of greater lateness, the studio reserves the right to shorten the session time (while maintaining the full cost) or cancel the appointment without a refund of the prepayment.

5. Minors

Persons under 18 years of age can use the studio's services only in the presence and with the consent of parents or legal representatives.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD). The studio reserves the right to change prices for services without prior notice (changes do not apply to already confirmed bookings).

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates have a specific validity period indicated on the certificate. They cannot be exchanged for cash but can be transferred to another person.

8. Limitation of Liability

The studio is not responsible for the exacerbation of diseases or injuries resulting from the client's concealment of information about their health condition (contraindications).

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
